Dave is a graduate of
Avon
High School and went on to
Marion
College (now
Indiana
Wesleyan
University) for his freshman and sophomore years where he continued playing soccer before transferring to the
Indiana
University
Business
School in
Bloomington, graduating in 1989 with a degree in accounting. Dave and his wife Michelle, who also grew up in
Avon, have two sons and a daughter who are students at
Kingsway
Christian
School and
Covenant
Christian
High School.
Dave and his family are active members of
First
Baptist
Church in
Plainfield and are also active in various sports activities. Besides being very involved with all the activities of his children, Dave enjoys coaching and playing soccer, basketball, golf and tennis.

In addition to being a Partner in Rader & Rader, Ron also works in the financial services industry. He operates Rader Financial Services, having established that business in 1999.
After graduating from
Avon
High School where he played basketball and tennis, Ron went on to
Anderson
University where he was on the tennis team and graduated with a degree in Accounting in 1993. He first worked with the international accounting firm of KPMG before joining his dad and brother. He and his wife Lisa, who grew up in Brownsburg, are the parents of three sons and two daughters. Their oldest children are enrolled in the
Avon
School system, with the two youngest being preschoolers. Their family is very active in Plainfield Christian Church in various roles. Ron enjoys basketball, golf and tennis and coaching and working with his children in all their activities.
Their entire family has a great interest in the nation of
Ghana - helping to host both a "Run" and a Golf Outing to support students going to school there. Their two youngest children were born in
Ghana.

Russ is a graduate of
Howe
High School in
Indianapolis and of
Butler
University and began the firm in 1964 as Russell L. Rader, CPA. He continues to be an important member of the firm as Sr. Partner, and now concentrates on the firm's administration.
Russ and his wife Charlotte (see listing below) are active members of
Plainfield
First
Baptist
Church. They enjoy walking and being with their eight grandchildren very much.
Our Staff
Janet has worked in accounting since 1995. She joined us in 2001 when she moved to Brownsburg from Wisconsin. In addition to her work in accounting and taxes, she supports our payroll services. She and her husband, Rory, enjoy the sport of racing, having built and raced sprint cars for several years. They have two grown children - a son and daughter.
Kathy joined us in 2005. Her background in payroll is extremely strong, having worked in the field for more than 25 years. She is active in Our Shepherd Lutheran Church. She and her husband, Bill, live on
Indianapolis' west side and are the parents of a daughter who is a student at the
University of
Indianapolis.

Jeff became the newest member of our firm when he joined us in May, 2008. He has a strong background in the financial services industry and supports Rader Financial Services in addition to being an integral part of Rader and Rader's accounting team.
Jeff graduated from
Indiana
Wesleyan
University with a degree in accounting. He and his wife Karen are the parents of two sons and a daughter who attend Avon Community Schools. Their family is active in Plainfield Christian Church.
Jeff is very involved with his children in many various sporting activities.

Charlotte has worked in the accounting firm since 1966 when she joined her husband Russ. She is also the owner of Custom Payroll which began in 1989 originally named Payroll Plus. Custom Payroll works closely with Rader and Rader in supporting any clients who need a full service payroll provider.

Nancy is a graduate of
Butler
University. She became a CPA in 1988 and has extensive experience in tax return preparation. She has been with Rader and Rader since 2007. She and her husband, Doug, are avid basketball fans and are the parents of a daughter in
Xavier
University and a son in
Brownsburg
High School.
