Rhonda joined Rader and Rader in 2024 as an administrative assistant. She has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Ball State University: elementary education and telecommunications.
Before joining our team, she worked as an elementary teacher for 30 years teaching 4th and 5th grade before retiring in 2021.
In her free time, Rhonda enjoys reading, watching documentaries, spoiling her cats, and walking trails.
